You need to spend your time and energy enjoying your sport, not concerned about the products that you use. That is why our warranties are so simple. Should any defect in material or workmanship be found within the specified time periods, we'll repair or replace them at no charge. Positively, absolutely, without a doubt!

DOWCO Inc. warrants, to the original purchaser, the Pontoon Enclosures/Components; Boat Tops/Components and other Marine Accessories to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of purchase.

This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
All DOWCO Inc. Pontoon Enclosures/Components; Boat Tops/Components and other Marine Accessories proven to be defective within 2 years from the date of original purchase will be repaired or replaced at DOWCO Inc. option at no charge.

When the product is in hand, please call DOWCO Inc. at (800) 404-5252 for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and send prepaid to:

All Pontoon Enclosures/Components; Boat Tops/Components and other Marine Accessories MUST be returned prepaid. Returns must be received by DOWCO Inc. within 15 days of RMA issue. COD or collect shipments will not be accepted. Proof of purchase must accompany product . UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

DOWCO Pontoon Enclosures/Components; Boat Tops/Components and other Marine Accessories are NOT trailerable, this warranty does not cover damage caused by trailering, misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation, allowing the product to come in contact with chemicals or tree sap, allowing water or ice to accumulate or pocket, not properly securing the product or allowing sharp objects to damage cover.

All incidental and/or consequential damages are excluded from this warranty. Implied warranties are limited to the life of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights which may vary from state to state.

Limited Five Year Warranty


Trailerable Boat Covers

DOWCO Inc. warrants, to the original purchaser, the boat cover to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of purchase.

This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
First 24 months:
All DOWCO Inc. boat covers proven to be defective within 24 months from the date of original purchase will be repaired or replaced at DOWCO option at no charge.

After 24 months through 60 months:
All DOWCO Inc. boat covers proven to be defective will be repaired on a labor only basis, or replaced on a pro-rated basis. The replacement will be based on the current suggested retail price.
